Our Story

hello!

I'm Sarah, mother of 3 boys and lover of all things home! We live in a little 2 bed semi in a small village called Hathern in Leicestershire.

I started my little business purely by accident in Autumn 2020 when I started making neutral fabric pumpkins. I suddenly found myself sewing and shipping them out to customers I had acquired from my Instagram account, and House of Sidney was truly born.

I've always been creative since I was a child and have always had a huge passion for interiors and home decor. I always knew I wanted to set up a business one day, and I'm so grateful for all of my lovely customers for allowing me to do what I love for a living. Being a single parent, life can be chaotic at times and I certainly don't work conventional working hours! You'll often find me still up doing orders at 1am with a cup of tea whilst I have peace to do so!

I am always designing and sourcing new unique products and I absolutely love it. Please have a mooch and I hope there is something you love too ♥
