Returns and Shipping Policy

Handmade/ personalised items are usually 1-2 weeks turnaround as standard unless otherwise specified on the listings themselves.

Standard items will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 working days. If you have a mixture of items including personalised items then they will be sent together when they have been made.

You will receive an email to confirm once your order has shipped 

I hope you are satisfied with your purchase but if for some reason you are not, thats not a problem. Please send me an email to [email protected]
with any issues and attach photos if possible and I will aim to get back to you within 1-2 working days ♥

Any queries sent after 5:30pm will be dealt with the following working day, similarly anything received over the weekend will be responded to on Monday ♥

Items bought on pre-order will have a shipping time estimate on the original listing, please do check you are happy with this before ordering ♥
